am extremely disappointed with my experience. The flowers delivered did not look like the pictures advertised, which was already frustrating and I paid $10 extra for more flowers. What made this even worse was the card. I provided exact wording for the message, and while handwritten is fine, the handwriting was unclear and difficult to read. On top of that, I specifically requested that my name be included as the sender. The delivery was marked complete, yet my sister never contacted me. When I called her, she told me she was stressed trying to figure out who the flowers were from because my name was not included on the card at all, despite my clear instructions. This was for a birthday and should have been a meaningful moment, but instead it caused confusion and disappointment. Attention to detail matters, especially when customers are not paying a cheap price and provided clear instructions. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.
